Direction of use

  • Separate the vegetable in your packet and rinse it to get it ready for use
  • Separate the protein in your packet
  • Pour the rest of the mix in your packet into a dry pot
  • Add the red oil in your packet into the pot
  • Start the fire
  • Stir the mixture for about 3 minutes until all Ogbonor lumps are dissolved
  • Add 50cl of water and continue cooking
  • After 2 minutes, add the vegetable and the protein from your packet and continue cooking for 10 more minutes
  • While cooking, add water (not more than 25cl) depending on the thickness you desire to achieve

Your Ogbonor soup is ready for serving
